Face it you don’t think your beautiful, I don’t know why and I don’t care. It’s your problem apparently since you can’t accept yourself for who you are. Everybody is sexy, everybody finds love, but if you really just want to lose weight then don’t fall for all the bullshit. It’s not about genetics (well kind of) it’s not about what you eat (well kind of) it’s not about what you do all day (well kind of) it’s about how you live your life.

Ambition is the key to success, you want something you take it (metaphorically speaking of course) you pursue your interest with a passion because you know damn right that’s what makes you happy. YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON don’t ever forget that! Look into the mirror and tell yourself that, look beyond your “imperfections” and the idea of beauty that’s been spoon fed to you by the mass media (it’s their job, sell, sell, sell) The key to looking better is to feel better, you need to be happy with yourself, you need to want to be who you want to be. Think about who you want to be and who you are. Now put those two personalities together, that’s you. Go with it.

The key to losing weight is to simply burn those calories, become active you don’t have to jog or go outside (it helps of course) all you need to do is alter your living habits on a very tiny level. Spend the 10-15 minutes a day doing something active, in 6 months you’ll notice a huge difference if you keep it up. Find something that you enjoy doing that breaks a sweat, shadow box do 5 push-ups day, run up and down your stairs, run everywhere in your house, room from room. Taking the seconds out of your day to run up and down a staircase instead of walking up and down it will guarantee a positive change in your life. Just don’t fall, speed walk up and down those stairs! Who cares if you look funny or are loud! You my beautiful friend are conquering those stairs! They are beneath you and walking up or down them will only slow you down! You are hungry NOW! You have to pee NOW! Those stairs! DAMN THEM!

 

I used to be fat I just wasn’t aware of how to maintain my body and physique, I don’t work out or jog or go to the gym. I move fast, I practice some home brewed martial arts , I speed walk everywhere, blah blah. I am active enough to maintain a desirable body weight, that’s all it takes, get yourself to a weight you like and keep up the things that got you there. If you want to guarantee a lose of a couple of pounds here and there and also get stronger do 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups a day, hell do them 2-3 times a week or once a month for all I care. The point is you will start to enjoy how you feel after this tiny, tiny workout to the point where you will get so used to little bits of exercise you’ll either keep it up forever, or move on to something harder. Once you learn the joys of burning a couple pounds of weight easily as walking to the bathroom you’ll find yourself much more physical and confident.

To sum it up, always speed walk up and down stairs, start doing a few push-ups and sit-ups, and relax your mind, this is your world never forget that. Don’t let anybody bring you down because at the end of the day all that matters is how you feel, and you know you want to feel good.
